Volunteer Opportunities

The Center often receives requests for services that may be a one time or special need. If you are a volunteer interested in helping any of the special needs listed below, please contact our office at 460-0567 and let us know your interest.

 

Friendly Visiting/Housekeeping (case #3238) - Ms. R. os a 54 year old woman with vision impairment who would appreciate a volunteer who could take her to the grocery store, help with housekeeping, and be a friendly visitor. Ms. R. lives in the 27610 zip code in Raleigh.

Housekeeping/Yard work (case #4075) - Mr. F. is a 63 year old man with a progressive illness affecting coordination and balance. He needs help with housekeeping and yard work. Mr. F. lives in the 27610 zip code in Raleigh.
